My wife and I have worked with Dan a few times now, and plan to continue to work with him for future home improvement projects. Most recently, we brought in Dan to help us revitalize an office space that had an aging carpet with pet damage and needed a fresh coat of paint. Our experience throughout this project was consistent with our previous project - redoing our master bathroom. Dan takes care to leave his working space neat - I cannot express how much we appreciate this. He communicates clearly when he will be there, and when his sub-contractors will be there. He follows up with them if there are issues. He provides thorough and fair estimates up front, and communicates clearly if there are any unforeseen complications. One of the small things Dan does for us that we really appreciate is that he's mindful of our pets. We ask contractors to come in through the side door because there's a 2 door barrier to prevent our indoor cats from getting scared and bolting. This can be an inconvenience for contractors, but Dan always makes it a priority to help us make sure we have them secured if the team needs full garage access, or has the team use the side door to prevent any issue. Lastly, I think Dan's work speaks for itself. If you're unsure - look through his portfolio - I all but guarantee he's taken on some project that is similiar to yours, and knocked it out of the park. Wanted to vault the ceiling in my split level home. Dan came by that day, gave a quote, and had an architect draw up the plans. It was a good price, he got the job done quick, and left the place clean. Then he found me a picture window, framed it in, and installed it.
